Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts. We are not liable for unanticipated delays due to bad weather conditions or customs clearance procedures. In the case of missing or lost parcels, refunds will be processed only upon official confirmation from the postal service. According to universal postal regulations, the inquiry may take up to 2 months.
